1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentMarket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. The materials contained in this platform are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of AgentMarket, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use this service. AgentMarket reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

3. Agent Marketplace Rules

AgentMarket provides a marketplace for the buying and selling of AI agent packages. All agents listed on the platform must comply with our content guidelines and technical requirements. Sellers retain ownership of their intellectual property but grant buyers a license to use the agent as specified in the license terms. All transactions are subject to review and may be reversed in cases of fraud or dispute. Sellers must ensure that their agents do not contain malicious code, violate third-party intellectual property rights, or infringe upon any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on AgentMarket, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of AgentMarket or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this platform is the exclusive property of AgentMarket. Agent packages sold through the marketplace are subject to the specific license terms set by each seller. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any content may violate copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Payment Terms

All payments on AgentMarket are processed through our supported payment providers. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes or fees. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and may be subject to dispute resolution procedures. AgentMarket acts as a payment intermediary and is not a party to the transaction between buyers and sellers.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a buyer and a seller, AgentMarket provides an arbitration process to facilitate resolution. Disputes must be filed within 30 days of the transaction. An arbitration panel consisting of qualified community members will review the evidence and render a decision. The decision of the arbitration panel is final and binding. AgentMarket reserves the right to intervene in disputes that involve violations of these terms or applicable laws. Any disputes not resolved through our internal process may be subject to binding arbitration under applicable jurisdiction rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

AgentMarket shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any agent sold through our marketplace. Users acknowledge that they use the platform and any purchased agents at their own risk. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to AgentMarket in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

AgentMarket reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with the modified terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact us to close your account.
